How long have you been a chef? I’ve been cooking for 25 years and I’ve been a chef for 15 years.
Why did you choose CRAVE Summerlin? I love the locals and DTS is a beautiful location.
Which burger is your favorite? My creation, of course 😉 The 702 Burger… Grass fed burger, brioche bun, arugula, candied pepper bacon, garlic aioli, red onion, house made pimento cheese, fried egg and tomato chipotle jam.
What beer would you suggest pairing with the 702 burger? I would pair it with the Dogfish Head 90 minute IPA. The bitterness from the hops will cut through the fat of the burger and cheese, as well as provide a nice balance to the sweetness of the candied bacon. The mild spiciness in the beer will compliment the pepper and chipotle spices in the burger as well.
