HOGZILLA Burger Now Available at CRAVE Sioux Falls
Now through the end of January, CRAVE Sioux Falls Executive Chef Alex Keene, will be serving up his Downtown Sioux Falls Burger Battle Submission, the “HOGZILLA.” Made from flame broiled, certified Angus beef, and topped with pork burnt ends, pork belly, bourbon BBQ, smoked cheddar cheese, apple jalapeño slaw, and served on a toasted pretzel bun, this monster will forever change how you look at burgers.
Sioux Falls Burger Battle Basics:
- Customers can assign up to 5 points in 5 categories; Patty, Presentation, Toppings, Bun, and Value.
- The Burger with the highest average point total on January 31st will be declared the winner.
