We’ve got 3 great new pasta dishes on our Fall 2016 New Menu* for you to celebrate National Pasta Day with!
Mardi Gras Fettucini: Sauteed chicken in house made spicy tomato sauce
Butternut Squash Ravioli: Bourbon maple cream, bacon, and butternut squash relish
Shrimp & Andouille Linguini: Cajun spice, broccolini, spinach, and cream sauce.
While the next two may not “technically” count as pastas, we still think they’re pretty delicious and should be mentioned!
Pad Thai: Snow peas, carrots, onions, peppers, garlic, house made pad thai sauce, fried egg, rice noodles, and sauce peanuts. (Option to add chicken, shrimp, tofu, or steak)
Pan Seared Corvina: Fresh pacific corvina, risotto style couscous with pesto, sweat peas & mushroom conserva, asparagus, and charred tomato chutney.
If that description alone doesn’t do it for you, we’ll let Chef Klass do the talking…

Chicken Caprese Rosa: Crispy parmesan crusted chicken breast, linguini, fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, and sauce rosa.
Cream Chicken Fettucini: Mushroom medly, caramelized onion, and spinach.
Baked Mac & Cheese: Seven cheeses, cream sauce, bacon, and panko crust.
