My name is Cari, and I’m sending you this email to let you know what a great job Elizabeth and Randy at your Orlando restaurant did tonight!! Bravo to them.
I visited your restaurant on Dec 11th with my family. My brother came to visit me as a surprise. We were a party of 14, and I called around to see who could accommodate us at such short notice. I called your restaurant and Randy answered the called. Right away he told me to come in, he was going to have a party of 50 at 11 am, but if we came before or after that time he would sit us down.
As promised we were sat and the service was spectacular. I was so impressed.
I work at Epcot, for a company name Guerlain we are part of the LVMH group. I was having the Director of Fragrance coming in today to take the team out for dinner. I had reservations at another restaurant in the area I cancelled and called Randy the next day and made reservations for tonight. We spoke about what I needed and he was very accommodating.
Tonight we got to the restaurant Randy was there to greet us and our area was set just as promised. Lovely, but our director thought it was too small for our team (we were nine). We asked if we could move to another area. Elizabeth and Randy found the solution and it was perfect
Our server was attentive to our needs and requests. I believe his name was Andrew.
Overall the evening was perfect, the entire team had a wonderful time. Now you have 8 new customers!
So being in the same business of customer service I give Elizabeth, Randy and Andrew a perfect score of 10!!!
