What is the CRAVE Rewards Program?
The CRAVE Rewards Program is our way of rewarding our guests for their continued support. The
program is completely free! For every 250 points earned (1 point = $1 spent) you will receive a $10 CRAVE
reward. You will also receive a free birthday reward, 10% off your anniversary, as well as additional
exclusive offers that will be sent to you via email.
I already have an account. How can I log back in?
All previously registered members from our loyalty program have been migrated into our NEW system. We
do ask that you log back in using your old credentials and verify/update your information to make sure we are

How can I redeem my rewards?
Your points are now redeemable for takeout/delivery on our CRAVE APP (Available on
IOS and
Android
for FREE) as well as in store. Please present your card to your server to check your point status and if you
have any recent rewards or check online

I forgot to use my Rewards card/Rewards card number! How can I register points?
Don’t worry! As long as you have your email, first/last name or your CRAVE Rewards number, no card is needed. If you forgot to register a visit, please send a photo of your receipt with the email linked to your account, first/last name, and your CRAVE Rewards number to
[email protected]What are the benefits of referring a friend?
If you refer your friends to join CRAVE Rewards, your friend will earn the $10 welcome bonus reward and you will earn a $5 reward as a token of our appreciation!
